Personalized Name Plate

I bought a slow feeder for around $200 three years ago on Amazon. I was able to find it in my past orders and reach out to seller from there. The feeder I have was customized to say McGriff & Riley. Riley passed away unexpectedly of stage IV cancer. I was able to order just the name plate instead of having to purchase a whole new feeder! This saved me $170 and the product arrived way faster than I expected! This is actually my second feeder purchased and the first one is still holding up well! Before I only had one dog and now I have three so I needed more storage. Groove This will always be my go to for well designed, dog feeding and storage! Now my name plate says “The Baby Gators” instead of specifying a name! That is what I call my pack because their favorite game is biting each other’s faces!!!

I love the products this company makes. I bought my first one in 2020 and it still looks new. I asked to get a new name plate and it works great. I recently purchased another and the quality and assembly is better than the first one. I also like the fact they are on Amazon too.

It is such good quality and it is so cute. It is perfect! We just love it!

Contacted seller with photos of previously purchased extra small feeder that I needed to change out the nameplate with exact fit, font but with different name of new pet. Seller sent me a link to purchase for the Extra small feeder that I have. Nameplate arrived and the name was correct, the font was correct but Seller hadn't informed me that the nameplates made now have changed in size from what size they were when I purchased my feeder. So, as much as I had wanted and sent photos showing what I needed for the nameplate to match with another feeder that I had what I got does not match. Reached out to Seller and this is when he told me the nameplates were now larger for the extra small feeders than they were when I purchased my feeder a few years back. But, he did say he could rectify that and make another one the size I needer for my older feeder that would match the 2nd feeder I had. I haven’t received anymore communication on this nor received the replacement nameplate but it is Christmas/New Year weeks so this may not be worked on or completed and I receive until after the Holidays. I’ll wait and see.

I love the groove this woodshop. I have always bought their elevated dog bowls for my German shepherd and saint Bernard. They are so perfect, so my dogs don't have to bend down so much to eat!
