SHIPPING 

How long will it take to get my order?

Our personalized products are made-to-order, and though we usually are able to ship them within 3 days, depending on the season and current demand, it could take us up 7 days before your item is shipped. If your is not personalized and it's in stock it typically ships within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, and do not include holidays.

What if I need my order right away or have other special delivery requirements?

You can provide special delivery instructions via email sales@groovethiswoodshop.com and we will do what we can to meet your needs and provide you with additional special pricing.

What happens if my order is damaged in delivery?

If there is any damage to your order, contact us immediately and we will make arrangements to get it fixed or replace your order. 

SIZING

How do I determine the right size of stand for my pet?

What are the measurements for the bowl stands?

LARGE FEEDER: 13”H x 22”L x 12”W. The bowls are 9 3/4”D and holds 12 cups. The inside storage holds 17lbs of dry food.
MEDIUM FEEDER:: 10.5” H x 19”L x 11”W. The bowls are 7 3/4”D and holds 6 cups. The inside storage holds 12lbs of food.
SMALL FEEDER: 7.5”H x 18”L x 10”W. The bowls are 7 3/4”D and holds 6 cups. The inside storage holds 8lbs of dry food.
EXTRA SMALL FEEDER: 5”H x 16”L x 7”W. The bowls are 6 1/4”D and hold 2 cups.

 

RETURNS

How do I return an item?

Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please provide your name, the description of what you are returning and the reason for the return. *Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or refunds for custom/personalized  finished wood products.

Ship the item(s) using any shipping method you prefer. We suggest using a method that can be tracked. Groove This Woodshop will not assume responsibility for any return shipping fees, nor can we reimburse you for any fees incurred. Groove This Woodshop is not responsible for returned packages that may be lost in the mail by the carrier you have selected.

All returns must have an RA# issued by us. Any returns without an RA# will be refused and returned to you. Items should be received within 30 days (postmarked no later than 15 days). ​

CARE

To keep your feeder in tip-top shape there's a couple of things you do.

• Wash the feeder with a damp cloth, small amount of detergent, or alternatively windex.
• You can keep your feeder like new and repealing water by waxing the surface with any car wax compound.
• Small swirls in the paint can also be removed using car polishing compound.
•  Avoid bleach and other corrosive compounds
• If you need to touch up the paint, please reach out to us at Info@groovethiswoodshop.com with a picture of the feeder and we can provide you with the proper color code.

FONTS & COLORS

What if there is a font or color I want that is not offered?

If you have a specific font in mind that we do not have listed, please contact us with the name of your font and will be happy to accommodate if possible.
