Shipping policy

At GrooveThis Woodshop, our goal is to offer you the most convenient shopping experience, and to that end, all of our products ship for free.  

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, personalization, quality check, and packaging. Orders that are personalized will typically take 7 to 10 days to be made -- though that timeframe can vary slightly depending on backlog. 
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–20 business days. US orders are shipped by UPS, and after processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2-5 days to arrive at their destination, and of course, a tracking number is provided.
