How the 10/10 Program Works:


When you join our program, we provide you with custom flyers to put in your adoption packets. When your adopters scan your unique QR code to buy a custom elevated feeder:

  • The Adopter gets 10% off their entire order.
  • Your Rescue gets a 10% donation from the sale.

We use a secure, third-party system called Shopify Collabs to track your donations and handle payouts. Because they manage the financial side, you will be creating an account directly with them. Here is what to expect during sign-up:

  • Emails come from Shopify: Your confirmation and approval emails will come from "Shopify Collabs," not GrooveThis Woodshop. Keep an eye on your spam folder!
  • Connecting Social Media: To verify you are a real organization, Collabs requires you to connect one social account (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). It will ask you to "share details with Collabs"—this is completely safe, standard, and just allows their system to verify your identity.

What Happens After You Apply?

Because we want to ensure all donations go to legitimate rescues, we manually review every application. Here is exactly what you can expect:

1. Quick Review: Our team will review your application to verify your organization's status (please allow 1-2 business days).
2. We Build Your Flyer: Once approved, we will generate your unique tracking code and create a custom, ready-to-print PDF flyer specifically for your rescue.
3. Check Your Email: Look for an official approval email from Shopify Collabs! We will also separately email your custom PDF directly to you.
4. Set Up Payouts (Hyperwallet): Once approved, Collabs will prompt you to connect to Hyperwallet. This is the highly secure payment processor Shopify uses to safely route the donations directly to your organization's bank account or PayPal.
5. Print & Pack: Simply print the flyers and slip them into your New Adopter Packets. Whenever an adopter scans your code, our system tracks it, and you get paid!
